Story
Exchange
Earn Bunny Mochi (ウサギもち) from panels in the event stages and use them to roll the event gacha to earn prizes. Earn Moonlight Stones (月光石) from chests in event stages to summon Secret Gardens that produce a lot of Bunny Mochi.
Event Gacha
From the Gacha button, go to the Event (イベント) tab on the far right to roll the event gacha. It costs Bunny Mochi to roll the event gacha. There are 12 total event gachas. There are 10 available during the first half of the event and the last ones will be available during the second half. The first gacha is unlocked by default and subsequent gachas are unlocked when you earn the centerpiece of the preceding gacha. Even if you progress to the next gacha, it is possible to go back to previous gachas.
Lineup 13 was mistakenly not mentioned in the original event information. It was added silently along with lineups 10-12 during the 2nd half of the event and the event information was amended to mention lineup 13 later.

Translation Notes
The event boss' name, トニーカクーモ, seems to be a combination of "at any rate" / とにかく and "spider" / くも.
The fly-based pests have names that combine the buzzing sound of a bug ブーン with the phases of the moon ムーン. Specifically, there are pests named Full Boon, Half Boon, New Boon, and Crescent Boon.
